Splitsvilla X6: From rumoured contestants to premiere date- all you need to know about the upcoming season

Reality show Splitsvilla is all set to make a comeback with a new season this year. After the success of season 15, fans are quite excited to see the new faces of the season 16. The show is set to go on-air from January 9. Moreover, the show will be hosted by Karan Kundrra and Sunny Leone this season.


The reality show is reported to feature 32 contestants who will compete with each other and compete to find love or money. According to the reports, the show will air every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7 PM. Fans can watch the show on both streaming platform and TV.


The promo of the reality show is already out and it unveils major drama and excitement amongst the contestants. From social media influencers to some unknown faces, the show is set to win hearts of the audience with a new theme this time. The new season is set to introduce a brand new format, dividing contestants into two groups, the Pyaar Villa and the Paisa Villa.


The first promo features the host of the show Karan Kundrra and Sunny Leone, playing poker on the beach. Later, the promo features the theme, love or money, and drama amongst the contestants. The caption of the post read, “Iss game mein yah toh dil milega ya deal. The choice is yours.” Soon after the promo came out, fans expressed their excitement in the comment section.

Many expressed that they are eagerly waiting to see the new theme of love or money, while others praised the chemistry between the hosts Karan Kundrra and Sunny Leone. Several fans commented that the concept of Pyaar Villa vs. Paisa Villa looks “unique and entertaining.”





Although the makers have not officially released the full list of Splitsvilla X6 contestants yet, several names have come up, who are likely to participate this season. According to the reports, Kushal Tanwar and Shubhangi Jaiswal are confirmed participants, while other rumoured contestants include Yogesh Rawat, Simran Behl, Himanshu Arora, Devanshi Doshi and Anushka Ghosh, among others.
