In the latest episode of
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah
, Inspector Chalu Pandey is seen chasing a thief when he receives a call from Bhide. Before
Bhide
is able to say anything, Inspector Pandey scolds him for calling. Bhide gets scared and disconnects.
Jethalal
tells Bhide he should have told Chalu Pandey about the missing Sakharam (scooter). Bhide asks Jethalal to call instead, and tell Inspector Pandey about his problem. Jethlal reluctantly does so. However, he too gets scolded by Inspector Pandey.
Before Jethalal disconnects, a man comes to the society, riding Sakharam. All Gokuldham residents rush towards him. Sodhi even gets angry at him. But he explains that he is a mechanic and had taken Sakharam to fix its tyres.
Bhide notices his Sakharam is back to being fine. He thanks the mechanic and wonders who could have asked him to repair his Sakharam. Just then, Tapu Sena walks in and they share how they called a mechanic late at night.
Bhide thanks the kids and tells Tapu he will pay him. In the next scene, Jethalal gets ready for work. He is impressed with his hairstyle, which is later ruined by Goli. The kids begin to play football in the compound. They are joined by Babita Ji, who loves the sport.
Jethalal and Iyer come in the compound. The former lies to others that he loves playing football, too. He is challenged for a game. But with his first kick itself, Jethalal's shoe flies in the air and hits
Bapu Ji

Bapu Ji gets angry and scolds Jethalal. The latter tells him he was playing football. Bapu Ji tells Jethalal it's not his age to play with the kids, and specially when he doesn't know the sport. Jethalal tries to defend himself. But Iyer keeps mocking him.
