Testing positive for COVID-19 to being accused of violating BMC rules; times when Parth Samthaan made headlines

After resuming shoot for Kasautii Zindagii Kay post lockdown, Parth tested positive for coronavirus. He took to his social media account and informed his fans about it. He wrote: "Hi everyone, I had mild symptoms and got myself tested. And yes I have been tested Positive for Covid 19 ...hence I would urge and request everyone who's been with me in close proximity over the last few days please go and get yourself tested. The Bmc has regularly been in touch and with the doctor's guidance I am in self-quarantine and I am grateful to them for all their support. Please be safe and take care (sic)"(Photo: Instagram)

Parth Samthaan, who has now tested negative, stepped out of his sealed house and travelled to his hometown, Pune. He was called out for violating BMC rules laid down for COVID-19 patients. One of his society residents wrote on Twitter, "TV actor @LaghateParth Samthaan has been flouting BMC quarantine rules, stepping out of BMC seal of his flat, using public facilities in DB woods, Goregaon putting residents at risk. His house help who stays with him, is still positive. Need action by BMC @mybmc @mumbaipolice." After allegations made by Vikas Gupta against Parth Samthaan, the latter opened up about battling depression. His post on Instagram read: "I am grateful and thankful to all my loved ones, my friends, fans, and all those people who have helped and influence me to become a better and positive person. Thank you so much." And he captioned it as, "Yes there were moments of depression and sadness during this lockdown, but that’s what gives us strength to be stronger and push ourselves so that one day when this pandemic is over .. Vikas Gupta called out Parth Samthaan and Priyank Sharma on social media. Vikas admitted that he was in a relationship with them and asked to clarify their stance about the various allegations made by Parth and Priyank against him.
