The Great Indian Kapil Show 3: K-pop star Jackson Wang says it’s his ‘last visit to India’; reveals, “Nobody recognises me here”
The latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show won many hearts with its entertaining and exciting moments. The episode featured several OTT stars like Vijay Varma, Jaideep Ahlawat, Pratik Gandhi, and Jitendra Kumar. Korean rapper Jackson Wang also made a brief appearance to promote his new show. Jackson not only gave fans and the OTT stars a good time with his new song but also entertained them by showing some impressive dance moves.
However, what shocked many was when Jackson said that it’s his ‘last visit’ to India. He revealed that it’s the second time he has come here and people hardly recognise him. Jackson then shared a story, saying that he went to three clubs and not a single person recognised him. He further shared how people come to take autographs for their friends and never for themselves.
Jackson Wang said, “No, I’m pretty white. You people can see me.” He recalled his visit to the club and said, “I walk and they look through me. Every time in India, when people know me—my community—they always come and ask for autographs but always for their friend, never for them. So, maybe this is my last visit to India. I am so sad.”
Kapil Sharma, along with the OTT stars and Navjot Singh Sidhu, motivated him, saying that ‘guests in India are like God.’ The K-pop star then taught many impressive dance moves and asked the actors to perform with him. While he started to dance, Pratik Gandhi joked by saying that the dance is very similar to Garba.
