The Great Indian Kapil Show 4: Manoj Tiwari reveals he worked as a driver before becoming an actor; Pawan Singh talks about his struggling days
The Great Indian Kapil Show has made a comeback with season 4 and continues to entertain viewers every week. After hosting Ananya Panday and Kartik Aaryan in the previous episode, Kapil Sharma and team welcomed Bhojpuri superstars in the latest one. Manoj Tiwari, Dinesh Lal Yadav and Pawan Singh, made a smashing entry on TGIKS stage. Their candid nature, funny anecdotes and energetic dance moves on Bhojpuri songs, kept the viewers entertained. The episode also saw the trio talking about their life and touched upon their journey.
During the episode, Dinesh Lal Yadav made a shocking yet funny revelation about Manoj Tiwari.He shared how all his drivers are named after his co-stars, Ravi, Pawan and Dinesh. While discussing this, Manoj Tiwari shared that he fails to understand why people consider the work of a driver small. He says that he would like to pray for everyone that they don't consider any work small. He says, "Main bhi driver raha hoon apni zindagi mein. Maine teen saal driving karke padhayi ki hai.Main manta hoon joh bhi log kaam ko chota samajhte hain, kaam bhi unko ek din aone ayak chota samajhne lata hai."
When Kapil asked Pawan Singh about his life and journey, the superstar shared that when he was just five years old, he would wait at weddings in his village in the hope of getting something to eat.
The episode also witnessed a light hearted moment when Nirahua shared a funny story about “film casting,”. He recalled how he and Pawan Singh once approached Manoj Tiwari, worried about being cast as villains. He shared that Manoj bhaiya listened, calmly picked up the phone and called the director, cutting straight to the point “Pawan itna achha gaata hai, usse gaana gavao.Nirahua ko guest appearance kara do. Villain chahiye? Woh Ravi Kishan se kara lo.” The remark left Kapil, audience, and judges Archana Puran Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu in splits of laughter.
