Kapil Sharma has stated that The Great Indian Kapil Show's season finale will air next Saturday. The show's second season follows a format in which the team takes a break after 13 episodes have aired. Kapil is wrapping up the second season with aid from Varun Dhawan and the Baby John team.
In a promo accompanying the show featuring Rekha, Kapil said that they will host the season finale and welcomed Varun Dhawan. The Baby John star will be accompanied by producer Atlee and director Kalees. Wamiqa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh will also make an appearance on set. The teaser promises various entertaining moments, including an unexpected scene in which Varun Dhawan pole dances.
The stage was set with a smashing entry of Sunil Grover as Jawaan's Shah Rukh Khan. Varun Dhawan then enters the stage with a stunning performance and breaking glass bottles. Kapil asked whether Varun had any challenges on shooting action scene wearing Lungi. Varun replied, 'Dikkat, you need to handle everything while doing action scenes.'
During a segment, Krushna says he would do Stand Up act and Atlee was about to stand, that is when Wamiqa said, 'Sir, he means stand up comedy not to stand.'
This season's guests included Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Govinda, Shakti Kapoor, Chunky Panday, the Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives cast, Rekha, Vidya Balan, Kartik Aaryan, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Jr NTR, Sonakshi Sinha, Zaheer Iqbal, Shatrughan Sinha, and cricketers Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, and Axar Patel, among others.
