‘The Kapil Sharma Show’: Kiku Sharda reveals THIS guest ignored the script on, ‘She wouldn’t even wait for the punchline of the joke’
‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ is one of the most popular and loved celebrity talk shows mixed with laughter. Over the year, several artist added their special touch to the show, and one person who been a part of the madness from the beginning, it’s comedian Kiku Sharda.
Kiku, who has been a core part of the comedy show for years, recently spoke about his unforgettable encounter with this special guest on the show. He gave fans a fresh glimpse of the fun and chaos that happens behind the scenes.
Instead of treating it like a shoot, she began chatting with Kapil like they were relaxing at home. “She was chatting with Kapil, like they were talking to each other, sitting on the couch at her home. She wasn’t considering it a ‘show’ per se.”
Kiku said she would suddenly say, “Aur bata” (What’s going on?) or “Kaisa hai” (How are you?), while Kapil tried steering the episode back on track, reminding her that they needed to continue with the show.
Then came the moment that left everyone speechless. She turned to Krushna and said, “Tu kaisa baat kar raha hai? (How are you talking?) This is not how your character talks. So she was very talkative, and she wouldn’t even wait for the punchline of the joke. But it ended up being a hilarious episode.”
Although some still try to one-up the jokes, most celebrities now walk in ready to enjoy the chaos that the show is famous for.
In the upcoming season, Kapil Sharma steps into a whole new lineup of characters, including GenZ Baba, Tau Ji, Raja, and Mantri Ji, promising fresh humor for every age group. The show will also feature World Cup champions, international celebrities, Gen Z icons, Bhojpuri stars, and plenty of surprise moments.

Moushumi Chatterjee’s episode that went hilariously off-script
During his conversation on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast, Kiku was asked about the most unusual moment he has experienced with a guest. Without hesitation, he named Moushumi Chatterjee, and the story that followed was pure comedy gold. He recalled, “Sometimes the guests completely surprise us. We did this one episode with Moushumi Chatterjee. Kiku explained that things have changed for the better over the years. Earlier, guests would be more cautious and formal. Now, they know the cast thrives on playful improvisation. “With time, things have changed with the guests at the show. Makers announce Season 4 with a fun teaser
Adding to the excitement, the makers recently confirmed that ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ is returning with Season 4. Dropping a playful teaser on Instagram, popular OTT platform wrote, “In short, India ke mastiverse mein aapka swaagat hai.
