There are times when you may not win something but what you gain from it is immense. This is the case with some of Bigg Boss partcipants over the years. They came second on the show but truly gained a lot from their stint on the show.

Bigg Boss 16 contestant Shiv Thakare, who was the runner-up, is delighted with the adulation that he has been getting. His calm and composed nature was appreciated by all. According to reports, he is now gearing up for Khatron Ke Khiladi. He is also getting other opportunities; he has signed a Marathi film and wants to pursue a career in acting.

Pratik was standing next to Salman Khan along with Tejasswi Prakash during BB 15 finale. Many people felt he deserved to win. He did not, but he got a lot of sympathy and support from viewers. He has been in the limelight, bagged a role in Naagin 6 and also featured in music videos.

His swag was something that people liked and also his love for fitness. That's how he reached the grand finale in Bigg Boss 13. Post that, he turned singer, featured in music videos and is now pursuing acting as a career.

Singer Rahul Vaidya was part of Bigg Boss 14 and he was the runner-up on the show. From proposing to Disha Parmar in the BB house to making close buddies like Aly Goni, Rahul enjoyed his stint on she reality show. Post that, he has been doing a lot of events and now thanks to BB, he is a household face.

Hina Khan was expected to win the reality show. She didn't but eventually benefitted a lot more than winner Shilpa Shinde. Hina post Bigg Boss made the right choices and moved on from being just a daily soap actor. Her fashion sense was appreciated and she even went to Cannes. She has acted in films and now is focussing on OTT as well.

Bigg Boss 8 fame Karishma Tanna, who was the second runner-up on the show, got a boost in her showbiz career. She bagged TV shows, did films and music videos too after her stint in Bigg Boss.
