TV actress Supriya Pilgaonkar turns 49, daughter sends a yummilicious cake

Veteran actress Supriya Pilgaonkar turned 49 today (August 17) and her daughter sent her a yummilicious

cake

. Supriya is currently seen playing the role of a possessive mother Ishwari in the hit TV serial 'Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi'.

Supriya shared a picture of the cake on her Instagram account. “Please help your selves to this delicious cake chosen by my daughter by baker Leesha .!!,” she wrote.


Supriya, who is known for her roles in popular serials Tu Tu Main Main,Sasural Genda Phool, Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi to name a few. It was her role in comedy serial Tu Tu Main Main who made her a household name. Supriya played the daughter-in-law.

In 2011, Supriya was also seen in comedy show Comedy Ka Maha Muqabala as a participant.

She is also known for her work in Marathi films like Navri mile Navryala, Majha Pati Karodpati, Ashi hi Banwa Banvi, Aaytya Gharat Gharoba, were major successes.

Supriya has appeared on the hit dance reality show Nach Baliye with her huband and actor Sachin Pilgaonkar. The couple walked away with the winners' trophy in the first season.

Their daughter Shriya is also an actress and was recently seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Fan.
