TV teaches you a lot, but films give you creative satisfaction: Zuber Khan
Actor Zuber Khan, who was last seen in the TV show Manmohini, has made a shift to doing web shows and films. Zuber says he has learnt a lot from TV because of which he is able to venture into different mediums today.
He shares, “I'm happy to explore new mediums. I started as a theatre actor in 2011 and also tried modelling. Later I made my acting debut on TV in 2012. I started with episodics and then got full-fledged roles in shows like Kumkum Bhagya and Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki. But now I want to move on to doing projects in other mediums and don’t want to limit myself. I have six upcoming films, out of which four are slotted for digital release and two for theatres."
He is happy with the way things have shaped up for him. "I'm happy that in one of the films, I will be making my directional debut as well."
Sharing about his experience while working on TV shows, he says, "TV trains you as an actor and gives you fame too, but it controls your growth. I am creative and experimental which is why I want to try different things. TV teaches you a lot as an actor, but films give you creative satisfaction."
Zuber has acted in shows liķe Naagin 3, Sadda Haq and Fear Files. He has also acted in movies like Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, Dosti Ke Side Effects, Nyaay: The Justice among others.
