Kapil Sharma fans have a reason to cheer as the makers of his film,
Firangi
released the second song from the film, titled
Sajna Sohne Jiha
and it's everything that we had hoped for.
Crooned by Jyoti Nooran, who had sung "Patakka Guddi" (Highway), the song has been composed by Jatinder Shah and its lyrics has been penned by Dr. Devendra Kafir.
This Punjabi number is set in a small village of Punjab. From the looks of it comedian-actor Kapil Sharma has worked hard on his acting skills after his first Bollywood release Kis Kisko Pyaar Karun failed to impress the audience. He is essaying the role of British servant in the film set in the pre-independence era.
As seen in the video, Kapil is lovestruck. He is seen stealing glances with
Ishita Dutta, who plays his love interest in the period drama. We will have to wait to find out what shape their love story takes.
