“Watching my son fulfilling my dreams at this young age, makes me a proud father” says Rahul Sharma

Actor Rahul Sharma, who started his career with TV show ‘Sapne Suhane Ladakpan ke’ and later went on to do shows like ‘Chandra Nandini and Santoshi Maa 2’, is surely a proud father to his son Raanav Sharma who has also turned an actor. Raanav is currently playing the character of Gullu (Mannat’s step brother) in daily soap ‘Choti Sardarni’.
It’s always said that kids follow in their parent’s footsteps, and this proves to be absolutely right in Rahul and Raanav’s case.
When asked about is acting in your blood, Rahul laughed and said, “When I was of Raanav’s age, I always used to tell my parents and friends that I want to become a hero and go to Mumbai and now as an actor and as a father of Raanav, I can say that acting is in our blood. But one thing I have noticed in Raanav is that he is always ready for improvisation and which is a weapon for an actor. I keep sharing my experiences with him to make him understand better.”
Rahul spoke about how proud he feels when he watches his son on screen, “ I feel absolutely amazing to see him on television. It’s like my son is living the life which I always wanted for myself and what else I want. I wanted to become a child artist but watching my son fulfilling my dreams at this young age makes me a proud father.”
