We don’t want to miss out on the chhoti khushiyaan in our lives: Kashmera Shah
Kashmera
Shah and Krushna Abhishek have been together for 15 years now. They lived together for six years before tying the knot. Recently, the couple celebrated their wedding anniversary in their own special way. Instead of big celebrations, they believe in enjoying small moments in their daily lives. Talking about their relationship, Kashmera says, “We have completely opposite personalities. While I am hot-tempered,Krushna
is calm and cool-headed. And after being together for so many years, a little of that has rubbed off on me (laughs!). But no matter how different we are from each other, we both believe in celebrating life. We don’t want to miss out on the chhoti khushiyaan in our lives.”The duo bought a house in 2020 and moved there in April this year. “It took us 15 years to find our dream home!” says Kashmera, adding, “We always had properties that were either too small or had some problem. Last year, we invested in a home that we always wanted. Although it took us time, we are so happy in our new house. We were excited to shop for the smallest of things for our home — from curtains to the furniture. We designed the interiors on our own, exactly the way we wanted it. We enjoy doing such things
She continues, “We are each other’s priorities because we have struggled a lot together. So, whenever there is any news to share, small or big, we always tell each other first. For us, our world starts with each other and ends with each other.”
Talking about their kids — they are parents to twin boys
Krishaang
and Rayaan — Kashmera says, “We are a couple first and then parents. I say that because if we weren’t together, how would the kids be there? Our children are our world and when they were born, we went on from being just us to us all. We never gave a damn about society or what people thought when we met, lived-in together, got married or had kids. We’ve always gone against all odds and emerged happier. That’s how we are — we swim against the tide. I guess that is why we’re one in a million.”end of article
