When Shah Rukh Khan became the ‘First Love’ on Wheel of Fortune, Akshay Kumar’s response stole the show
On Wheel of Fortune Akshay Kumar who uses his comedic talent and charming personality to create an enjoyable experience for contestant Stuti. He discusses her 'love department' while mentioning their close friendship with Shah Rukh Khan.
Akshay asks Stuti to explain her romantic status by saying "Mujhe batayiye, ishq department mein aapka kya status hai?" Stuti tells her that she has always loved Shah Rukh Khan since she first met him when she was a little girl.
Akshay humorously responds to the situation by saying “Oh achha, mujhe dekh ke kyun nahi bol rahe aap? Main thodi aapko pitunga. Maine thodi aapko kuch bola hai. Shah Rukh Khan bahut badiya actor hai, dekhne mein khoobsurat ladka hai. Aap usko like karo, koi jurm nahi hai. Aur mere saamne bolna bilkul theek hai mere mitra hain woh, boliye.” The response creates a moment that becomes more warm and easy to connect with.
Stuti watched movies as a child without knowing that Shah Rukh Khan had married Gauri Khan. She found out about his marriage and she felt heartbroken about it.

Akshay, who earlier hosted the stunt-based show “Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi” (2008-2011) and judged “MasterChef India” (2010), spoke to PTI during the launch of Wheel of Fortune. He stated that TV can unite family audiences and he hopes his new show will foster this connection.
“Over the years, iconic television formats and their hosts haven’t just entertained, they have built trust, brought generations together, and created moments where families sit together, play along and celebrate wins as one. For me, ‘Wheel of Fortune’ feels like coming home to that family audience, the kind that gathers after a long day to unwind together,” he told PTI.
