World Mental Health Day is observed on October 10 (today), to raise awareness about the significance of mental health. Many prominent people have shared their thoughts and feelings on World Mental Health Day. And this is how actress Niyati Fatnani keeps her spirits high and her mental health in check.

Niyati took to her Instagram stories today and posted a video in which she begins her day by singing the bhakti song 'Sankatmochan Hanuman Ashtak'.
