‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ February 9 written update: Maira and Mukti land new spots in school

The latest episode of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ starts with both Armaan and Abhira worrying about their daughter’s admission. Abhira worries about how she will pay off Mukti’s school fee despite the scholarship. Meanwhile, Armaan is concerned about how Maira will get admission in a new school. Just then, Meher comes in and tells him that she can help Maira get admission, which leaves him shocked yet overjoyed.

Nilesh and Jaya try to help Abhira

Meanwhile, Nilesh and Jaya overhear Abhira crying about Mukti’s admission. They ask her about the money, and also wonder whether they can offer her a helping hand. However, Abhira simply smiles at them and tells them that she will manage everything and that they do not need to worry about anything. Later, Nilesh curses out Abhira’s husband for leaving her, while Jaya scolds him and tells him that she does not wish to talk about her past, and that they should respect Abhira’s wishes.

Vidya tells Armaan not to send Maira to school

Armaan reveals that Maira has gotten admission to a famous school, which makes Vidya overjoyed. However, when he reveals that she will have to stay in a hostel, she tells him that they cannot send her away at such a time in her life. Maira finds out that she has to leave for the hostel and starts panicking. Armaan calms her down and tells her to go stay at a friend’s place for the night.

Vidya criticizes him about the matter and asks him to change schools. Armaan, however, stays adamant and reveals that this is important for Maira and that they cannot back out of this. Meanwhile, Abhira keeps on wondering about how they will get money for Mukti. She overhears all of this and decides that she will not go to her dream school, as it is causing Abhira a lot of tension.

The promo for the next episode plays and shows Mukti praying to god for her mother. She asks that someone come into Abhira’s life to help her and support her. It is also revealed that Mukti will soon be heading off to a hostel as she joins the new school. On the other hand, Maira is seen praying for the same for Armaan.
