Well, roads in Bengaluru, have become a nightmare for all users. As a driver of both type of vehicles, I believe that in most cases, the bigger vehicle is blamed, irrespective of whose fault it was. Today's 2 wheeler drivers are no saints, either. It requires a careful observation of all the available evidences, such as CC TV footages, travel documents (as claimed by the car driver), etc. etc. It is not prudent to be judgemental, by witnessing one half of the story.
