Kannada daily soap 'Sundari' has completed the milestone of completing 500 episodes. The daily soap has been one of the most-loved serials on Kannada television and has been scoring well on the TRP charts lately.
However, with the daily soap completing 500 episodes successfully, the team was up for a grand celebration. To mark the occasion, the entire cast and the crew members of Sundari took a much-needed break. The team had a disco theme party to celebrate their milestone. From DJ, colorful disco lights, music, and dance, the team left no stone unturned to celebrate their success.
Actor Sameeip Acharya gave a glimpse of their celebrations on Instagram handle. In the video, the actor can be seen dancing and enjoying the Kananda peppy numbers. Joining him in the video is his co-star Aishwarya Pisse. Interestingly, Sundari's producer and ace actor Ramesh Aravind was also spotted enjoying the party. Known for his affable nature, Ramesh Aravind looked smart as ever as he grooved to the peppy music along with the team.
Meanwhile, Sameeip even penned a small note on his Instagram handle which reads, "Journey of 500 episodes! In no time we reached 500 episodes from the day we started to now. It feels like yesterday. Yes! Time really flies."
To the uninitiated, Sundari is the story of a girl, who faces discrimination for her dark skin, yet she fights against adversities in life. She has a kind heart but struggles to find the right guy to get married to.
However, she works hard to become an IAS officer. Her journey towards achieving her goal takes her through many ups and downs in life and she firmly believes that inner beauty is more important than physical appearance, which forms the crux of the story.
