Ramachari'.
Mithun
will be essaying the role of an elder brother to the lead actress' mother in the show.
Going by the story, Mithun is the elder brother of actress
Bhavana Ramanna, who portrays the role of Manyatha in Ramachari. Mithun belongs to a high-profile family and is a very influential person in the show. Well, just like his previous on-screen characters, Mithun will yet again be seen as a father to a young boy.
Ramachari is Mithun's immediate project after
Kavyanjali
which went off-air the previous week owing to TRP issues. Besides acting, Mithun also turned producer for a Tamil daily soap.
Meanwhile, Ramachari is one of the most powerful fictitious characters that Kannada audiences have ever seen on screen to date. Ramachari narrates a gripping story on the economics of love that showcases the story of a poor man and a rich girl falling in love and their struggle to win life.
The show, which premiered on January 31, seems to be having a successful stint on Kannada television. It also entered the top five race in the TRP charts the previous week. Ramachari had bagged the fifth position in the TRP charts.
