, who has in fact quit the serial some time back, cut a special cake along with her former co-stars Ajay Gowda and Megha at her home.

Shilpa was in for a pleasant surprise when her former co-stars visited her at her house to mark this occasion. Sharing a video on her Instagram page, Shilpa wrote, “It’s Jeeva Hoovagide 500 episode today. Our simple celebration. Though I am out of the project, these two came home and made my day. Thank you sooo much @meghasu and @iamajaygowda (sic).”

has been replaced by Deepa Kaate. Previously, Deepa has been featured in television shows such as Mithuna Rashi, Hitler Kalyana, and Druva Nakshatra. Jeeva Hoovagide is the story of two lovers Madhu and Madan who belong to rival families. The soap opera is being directed Malatesh and produced by Raghavendra Rajkumar.
