"So, I've completed 10 days of my 31-day digital detox and today is my cheat day. Gotta admit it's been a bit of a struggle to cut down on my digital media usage. I mean, have you seen the amount of time we spend scrolling through Insta esp those reels, funny n trending ones? It's insane! But, I'm happy that I've reduced my screen time and it feels great. I'm sure this will have a positive effect on me mentally and physically." (sic)

That's not all, she also added, "Taking some time off to relax is crucial. Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You can’t serve from an empty vessel, right?" (sic)

Well, looks like the actress has surely set her agenda right. Shwetha has continued to stick with her 31 days of digital detox and completing it successfully.

On the work front, Shwetha Prasad was last seen in the popular Kannada daily soap 'Radha Ramana'. She portrayed the role of 'Radha Miss' in the show. She was much appreciated for her on-screen character by critics.
