says, "I play the role of Veeraswamy who falls in love with a girl who doesn't like him because of his rugged nature, but Veeraswamy wants to get married to that girl at any cost. To escape from him, she flees a village and goes to Hyderabad. Veeraswamy who gets to know she is living in Hyderabad goes in search of her, and that adds a twist to the tale."

Tarak who learnt Telugu to get into the skin of the character shares, "I found it tough to get my Telugu diction right. But over the last 15 days, my language seems to have improved. I can actually converse in Telugu now." In Sandalwood, Tarak who was last seen in the movie
