Bigg Boss Kannada Season 8 is just a few days away from the premiere. Former Bigg Boss Kannada Season 7 contestant and

host Chaitra Vasudevan

seems to be excited as the reality show is back with yet another season. Considering the fact that the show is premiering after a long gap due to the novel Coronavirus pandemic, Chaitra says she is eagerly waiting to watch the reality show and know about the contestants of the upcoming season.

Speaking about the same with ETimes TV, Chaitra says, "I am so happy that Bigg Boss Kannada is back on TV. It is a treat to watch Kiccha Sudeep sir host the show. I am actually excited to know more about the contestants of this season. Taking into consideration the previous seasons, I am sure there will be a host as a participant. I wonder who would be that lucky person. I am eagerly waiting to see who will enter the glasshouse in the host quota."

Speaking more about the contestants, Chaitra mentions that she would love it if there is a contestant who is from a social media background.

"I am actually expecting a contestant who is famous on social media. There a lot of talented people on social media who deserve to be recognised and Bigg Boss is a perfect platform. They create such wonderful content. Even they will also have the dream to shine in the industry," shares the ex-contestant.

She sums up by saying, "I guess, after Niveditha Gowda made her presence in Bigg Boss Kannada season 5, there have been hopes for many young social media content creators to enter Bigg Boss Kannada. They are putting in a lot of effort and I definitely feel they should get a chance to be a part of Bigg Boss Kannada as a contestant. At least one candidate who deserves the best should be given a chance."
