Throwback Thursday: Vinay Gowda recalls playing the role of King Shravana Chakravarthi; says "One of my Bucket list characters"

Vinay Gowda, who is best known for playing mythology characters in his career, is quite a social media enthusiast. The actor often stays connected with fans through his social media platforms and keeps entertaining them by sharing throwback videos and pictures.
Recently, Vinay took to his Instagram handle to share a new BTS video from his mythology show 'Ughe Ughe Madeshwara', where he is seen shooting for an interesting scene.
Sharing the video, the actor wrote, "Uge Uge Mahdeshwara... One of my Bucket list characters (sic)"

For the uninitiated, having played the role of Lord Shiva in Hara Hara Mahadev and Ravana in Jai Hanuman, Vinay Gowda then went on to play the role of King Shravana Chakravarthi in Ughe Ughe Madeshwara.
Speaking to ETimes-TV about his mythology characters, the actor said, "Portraying the role of a mythology character needs a lot of dedication. Unlike the other characters in daily soaps, there was no one reference I could look up to play mythology characters."
He added, "It is always tough to get under the skin of many mythology characters. Although there were stars who played the mythology role in movies earlier, I wanted to come up with my own wave. Hence, it needs a lot of dedication to play such roles."
