Aneesh Ravi is elated about his third show crossing 1000 episodes on Malayalam TV; read post

It is rare in Malayalam that a serial manages to complete the milestone of 1000 episodes. However, actor Aneesh Ravi has got three of those in his credit. The actor, who was a part of the first-ever 1000-episode-long soap in Malayalam, is now tasting the same victory for the third time with his sitcom 'Aliyans'.

Sharing a note on his social media account, Aneesh has shared the happy news with his fans.


"Three thousands. The first ever Malayalam mega serial which crossed 1000 episodes. Minnukettu - 1134 episodes. Vimal R Menon, the Malayali who adores the American lifestyle in his heart. The first sitcom in Malayalam that crossed 1000 episodes, Karyam Nissaram - 1111 episodes. K Mohanakrishna, the village officer. Now, Aliyans - 1000 episodes. Kanakan, the police officer. A proud moment for the artiste in me. Thanks to my parents, god, and my mentors. Thank you so much," reads the Malayalam translation of his post.

Aneesh Ravi is one of the popular actors on Malayalam TV. The actor became a household name with his character Mohanakrishnan in the sitcom 'Karyam Nissaram'. Due credits to his on-screen chemistry with Anu Joseph, the duo is still adored as one of the ideal reel-life couples on Malayalam TV.


Currently, he is playing Kanakan in 'Aliyans'. The popular sitcom, which has completed the milestone of 1000 episodes, is much loved for the slice of life storyline.
