Bigg Boss Malayalam 7 preview: Mohanlal confronts Aryan for ‘disrespect’, warns ‘If you dare to play with me, I know how to give answers too’

Aryan found himself at the center of controversy this week in Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7, facing heat from all sides — including host Mohanlal. From being reprimanded for using a kitchen knife to trim his beard to receiving a direct nomination for eviction, Aryan's actions didn’t go unnoticed. In the latest weekend episode, Mohanlal didn’t hold back as he called out the contestant’s behavior, delivering one of the most intense "roast" moments of the season so far.

As part of his hygiene inspection in the house, Mohanlal pointed out the most untidy bed which belonged to the captain, Aryan. After returning to the stage, he questioned the contestant, asking if he keeps his bed the same way at home. The host stressed that making one’s bed after waking up is a basic etiquette everyone should follow.

On his way into the house, Mohanlal found Aryan’s 'Race Star' badge carelessly lying near a tree and brought it with him to the stage. He confronted Aryan about the carelessness and declared that the badge would not be returned, highlighting his irresponsibility.

Mohanlal then addressed the much-discussed incident of Aryan using a kitchen knife to trim his beard. Aryan explained that his beard was irritating him, prompting the act. However, the host pointed out that Aryan didn’t even bother to clean the knife afterward, a clear violation of hygiene and safety norms.

Aryan’s leadership was also criticized. When Mohanlal asked the housemates for feedback on his captaincy, Aneesh called him “one of the worst captains so far.” Other contestants echoed this sentiment, citing Aryan’s immaturity and lack of competence in handling responsibilities.

During a discussion about the Panippura challenge where Aryan refused to shave his head — Mohanlal played a montage of Aryan’s shifting justifications. From citing religious and family sentiments to saying he’d do it for immunity, to later claiming he’d shave only for film roles, Aryan’s inconsistent reasoning exposed his indecisiveness and lack of conviction.

Aryan was severely reprimanded for laughing during the emotional Oridathoridath task while fellow contestant Shaitya was sharing her life story. He was also confronted for throwing a slipper at Abilash. As punishment, Mohanlal announced that Aryan would be directly nominated for eviction in the upcoming week.

The infamous Panippura challenge box, which Aryan refused to open, was finally revealed to contain a chargeless trimmer and a note stating that Bigg Boss only wanted to test the contestant's guts and would have rewarded them with 1,000 points. Aryan was visibly shocked at the missed opportunity.

To top it all off, Aryan drew major flak on social media for a perceived act of disrespect toward Mohanlal. After being handed an egg-shaped cap that read “I am not a tiger, but a silly rat” — a consequence of a housemate vote — Aryan appeared visibly irritated.
When Mohanlal reminded the housemates to continue wearing the cap as instructed, Aryan mockingly asked, “Should I wear it while bathing?” Mohanlal responded lightly, “You can take it off, shower, and wear it again,” but Aryan pressed further, asking, “What about when we sleep?”
This visibly irked the host, who paused and asked calmly but firmly, “Are you trying to mock me? Is this a genuine question or are you mocking me?” Housemates quickly tried to defuse the tension, sensing that Aryan had crossed a line.
