Well, her baby has turned a year older already. And Avantika couldn't stop herself from sharing an emotional note on her baby boy's first birthday. She shared the ecstasy she felt when she held him for the first time after birth.
"Happy 1st Birthday to my beautiful son, I held you in my arms when I first saw you,the first time I ever felt my emotions burst, my heart filled when I saw your serene face,You are no doubt the best thing that has ever happened to us and the best Son anyone could ever hope for.
