Bigg Boss Marathi 3 Diwali special: Guest Avadhoot Gupte introduces a surprising captaincy candidate task; Mira Jagganath, Gayatri Datar, to fight for captaincy

The recent episode of Bigg Boss Marathi season 3 was a Diwali special episode. Bigg Boss asked the housemates to get ready for the Diwali special bash. Bigg Boss also told them that a special guest was going to grace the party.

All contestants got ready for the special Diwali bash. Bigg Boss had decorated the garden area with lamps, lighting, and rangoli. Later, Bigg Boss welcomed the episode's special guest, famous Indian Singer-Composer Avadhoot Gupte, into the house.

Avadhoot asked Dabba Gul task's Team A members Meenal Shah, Neetha Shetty, Gayatri Datar, and Team B members Sneha Wagh, Trupti Desai, and

to stand on the stage. Avadhoot also asked other contestants to stand outside of the stage.

Avadhoot later informed the six contestants who were on the stage to eliminate one contestant among them unanimously in each round, and two contestants who would stay till the last round would eventually become the captaincy candidates.

Meenal Shah, Trupti Desai, Mira Jagganath, Gayatri Datar, and Neetha Shetty in the first round decided to eliminate Sneha Wagh, saying she is already the captain of the house.

In the second round, Meenal Shah, Trupti Desai, Mira Jagganath, Gayatri Datar eliminated wild card contestant Neetha Shetty.

In the third round, Trupti Desai, Mira Jagganath, Gayatri Datar eliminated Meenal Shah. Meenal was disappointed and was not ready to step out of the stage. Though it was a unanimous decision, Meenal had to leave the stage.

In the fourth round, Mira Jagganath and Gayatri Datar eliminated Trupti Desai, saying she had become the captain of the house before.

Avadhoot Gupte later congratulated both Mira Jagganath and Gayatri Datar for becoming the candidates for captaincy.
