Exclusive : Bigg Boss Marathi 2 fame Rupali Bhosle’s beau Ankit Magare: She went down on her knees and proposed me

Marathi television actress Rupali Bhosale was one of the most talked-about contestants of Bigg Boss Marathi season 2. She has recently announced on social media her relationship with close friend Ankit Magare. Rupali and Ankit’s fans and friends started wishing them on the occasion. In an exclusive chat with TimesOfIndia.com, the couple talked about their bond, companionship, marriage and many more.

Talking about her first meeting with Ankit, Rupali revealed, “We met at the coffee shop for an official meet, the thing that turned my head and my heart was his smile, gentle behavior, the way he spoke and listened to me (for quite a long time). All of a sudden, he stopped me and said, ‘You have a beautiful smile and sparkling eyes’. This compliment left me blushing. I’m blushing even now (laughs). I was really surprised to hear that. He is calm, genuine and most importantly a pure soul. That was my first impression of him.”

Ankit finds Rupali perfect for her and opened up on his first impression of Rupali. He said, “We met at a coffee shop for an official meet. Trust me; she was beautiful in the white shirt and blue denim. I must tell you that what so ever she wears; she carries it so perfectly and gracefully. I noticed that she has a beautiful smile and sparkling eyes, I was left awe-struck.”

Rupali, who finds Ankit a smart and genuine person, fell in love with his inner beauty. She shared, “He is a good human being with a lot of positivity. The best thing is, no matter what, he makes sure that he is always there for me. He is always proud of me, my work and the things I do for my family. He never forgets to appreciate no matter how big or small the things are. Ankit always tries to keep my smile and the child in me alive and makes me feel special always. He is very loving, caring and protective of me. Many times even if he is tired from his hectic schedule, he makes sure that till the time I reach home he’s connected to me over the phone call and I love that. He puts a lot of effort for me and for the relationship too. This is special for me and I love him for that.”

Ankit feels he is blessed to have Rupali in his life and considers her as a special person in his life. “She loves me more than I do. Her love and affection for me is truly unconditional. She is so loving, damn supportive and caring. Even if she is busy with her work, she will make sure that she calls me to ask whether I am following my diet on time or not. She is so perfect in everything she does. Rupali is very clear about her thoughts and whatever she is doing. She will never let go of any small thing to make me feel special. This quality of hers makes her the special person she is.

Efforts mean the most for Rupali rather than gifts. Sharing her special anecdote with Ankit that will always stay with her, she said, “Ohhh there are many. You know one doesn’t have to buy you diamonds to make you feel special but just make your moments as precious as diamonds and Ankit does the same. Right from sending home some birthday surprises to organizing my birthday well, he has done everything. He decorated my room beautifully with flowers, balloons, candles and rose petals. I was touched, overwhelmed and loved after seeing his efforts for me. These things will always stay with me forever”.

Talking about the proposal, Ankit revealed an interesting incident. He said, “We were shopping in a mall in Pune, all of sudden, Rupali disappeared and bought a rose. Later, she went down on her knees, gave me a rose and proposed me right in the center of the mall. This special moment will stay with me forever. I am really lucky and blessed to have Rupali in my life.”

Rupali and Ankit confessed their love and commented on their marriage plans. They said, “Oh! No plans as such. We both are busy in our respective careers and right now we are only focusing on each other and enjoying the time together. It's hardly a month we started dating.
