Exclusive: "Onkar Bhojane is my mentor and a brother to me," says Abol Pritichi Ajab Kahani actress Janhavi Tambat

Marathi actress Janhavi Tambat recently made her debut in the show Abol Pritichi Ajab Kahani opposite actor Ajinkya Raut, who is playing Rajveer. The actress is playing the role of Mayuri, as a lead for the first time. Janhavi has been part of various TV shows so far, but did you know Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra fame actor Onkar Bhojane inspired her to work in the television medium? Yes! You heard it right.

During an interview with ETimes TV, Janhavi spoke about her bond with Onkar Bhojane and how she considers him her mentor. Janhavi said, "Onkar Bhojane is like a backbone to me. He is like a guru and mentor to me. He always supports and guides me. He is like family to me. He inspires and guides me whenever I need it the most. I get a lot of inspiration from him. He has guided me well about my acting and other things."

When asked about her close pictures with Onkar, Janhavi clarified and said that he is like a brother to her. She said, "Onkar is like a brother to me. He is like an elder brother who supports and stands with you all the time."

Onkar Bhojane shot to fame with the show Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra. He landed in a controversy when he abruptly left the show midway through for some reason. On the other hand, Jahnavi is currently part of Abol Pritichi Ajab Kahani.
