Netizens slam Maha Minister makers for announcing Rs. 11 lakh worth Paithani saree for winner; ask host Aadesh Bandekar to rather give money or help the poor

The most awaited season of Home Minister, 'Maha Minister' is unfolding a new element and now the makers of the show have released yet another promo in which host Aadesh Bandekar revealed that the Rs. 11 lakh worth Paithani saree for the winner has diamonds embossed on it along with an original gold Zari border.

Reacting to today's promo, netizens have slammed the makers over the winner's reward. A section of them urged the makers to support the winner financially by giving the winner Rs. 11 lakh cash prize.

A user reacted to the promo of the show in which Aadesh is revealing about the real diamonds on the Paithani saree and wrote, "11 lakh ki Paithani pehanke kisko dikhana hai.. Use it where money is needed .. People need money now .. In many villages, people don't have water to drink .. People are suffering because of it the summer season and why you guys are showing off your Paithani (sic)".

Another user advised host Aadesh Bandekar to distribute simple sarees to 11 lakh poor women instead of giving Rs. 11 lakh worth saree to one winner. The user wrote, "It would be better to give a simple sari to 11 lakh poor women than to give 11 lakh Paithani to 1 person (sic)".

Yet another user also shared her concern asking what if someone steals the saree. The user wrote, "Bapre ... Koni chorli tar rastyavar jatana" (Oh my god..What if someone steals the saree? What if someone tries to attack the person on the road who was wearing the saree? (sic)"

A netizen also urged Aadesh Bandekar to give 11 lakh rupees to the winner so that they can buy a Paithani saree of their choice. The user wrote, "Amhala 11 lakhachi 1 paithani nako 11 lakh dya amhi gheto mg paithani 😆 (We don't want 1 Paithani of 11 lakhs .. Give us 11 lakhs, we will buy Paithani the way we like)"

Another user also shared her disappointment over the age limit of the participants in the comment which read, "Why is the participant's marriage age limited from 21 to 50..What if someone is not married but she wants to participate in the game? Everyone should allowed to participate in the show (sic)".
