Political leader Anand Dighe's biopic film Dharmaveer's 'Yashogatha' to air on 26 June

One of the most talked-about political Marathi film 'Dharmaveer Mukkam Post Thane' which is currently entertaining the audience in the theaters is all set to air its 'Yashogatha' (In making and BTS) on 26 June. The makers of the show have decided to share the BTS moments of the film and how actor Prasad Oak became 'Anand Dighe' for the film and how Kshitij Date performed Eknath Shinde's character on-screen.

Interestingly, in the special 'Yashogatha' show, Shiv Sena political leader Eknath Shinde will be seen sharing how he guided Kshitij Date to play his character in the film and how he reacted when he saw Prasad Oak for the first time as his Guru Anand Dighe.


The makers shared the promo of Dharmaveer Yashogatha and captioned it as, "धर्मवीर चित्रपटात खऱ्या आयुष्यातील व्यक्तींचा सखोल अभ्यास करून प्रत्येक पात्र हुबेहूब उभे करण्यात आले होते.

The makers of the show have also released another promo in which politician Eknath Shinde is reminiscing his memories with Anand Dighe and said that he could not believe it when he saw Prasad Oak as Anand Dighe.

Shinde said in the promo, "When I saw Prasad Oak as Anand Dighe I thought he is Anand Dighe and I could not believe him. I touched his feet and felt like he is around us"

For the unversed, Dharmaveer is a biopic mainly based on the life of late Shiv Sena leader Anand Dighe, who devoted his entire life to the welfare of the people of Thane in Maharashtra. The film also sheds light on how Anand Dighe considered Balasaheb Thackeray as his Guru and how introduced his friend Eknath Shinde and guided him about the politics and how later Shinde considered Dighe as his Guru.

Dharmaveer's 'Yashogatha' is to air on 26 June at 1 pm and 6 pm.
