The most awaited festival, Navratri, is finally here. While the entire nation is indulged in the festivities, here's a Marathi actress who has her own way of welcoming Navratri celebrations. She is none other than Rasika Sunil. Rasika, who rose to fame with the TV show Majhya Navryachi Bayko, met a few specially-abled women on the occasion of the festival.

Actor Rasika Sunil visited a school for special women and children in Dadar, Mumbai, and spent some quality time with them, just the way she loves to spend her leisure time.

Rasika spent a few moments with the specially-abled girl children there. Besides playing dandiya with the girls, she also participated in Garba with over 250 specially-abled women from the school.

Sharing her happiness over the same, Rasika said, "I have been celebrating Navratri since childhood, but this year's Navratri festival is unforgettable for me. I spent a few moments in the company of such beautiful and intelligent girls. For me, they are Navdurga and I have experienced a special memory in this Navratri (sic)"

Rasika Sunil shot to fame with Majhya Navyrachi Bayko. In the show, she played the negative role of Shanaya. Rasika recently made headlines when she was rumoured to be taking part in Bigg Boss Marath season 4. In a chat with ETimes TV, Rasika refuted the rumours and added that she is a 'misfit' for the reality TV series format.
