Lead actors of the show quitting their popular shows always come as a shock to its ardent fans and it becomes more surprising when these lead actors cite payment, behavioural, or other issues as the reason for their quitting the shows. In recent times, actors like Hruta Durgule, Apurva Nemlekar, Kiran Mane, and others also did something similar and left the shows of a sour note. Take a look. (PC - Instagram)

Hruta Durgule, who is playing the lead role of Deepika in Mann Udu Udu Zala, has decided to quit the show midway following an argument with her producer. As per the sources, the two had a heated argument a few days back over a 'hygiene' issue, on the sets. Hruta leaving the show midway has left everyone in a dilemma. (PC - Instagram)

Marathi actress Prajakta Gaikwad, who played the lead role in TV show Aai Mazi Kalubai, left the show after the cast and crew complained to producer Alka Kubal. The producer and actor of the show Alka Kubal clarified with Etimes TV saying other Artists were getting affected by Prajakta's rude behavior. The entire unit is witness to her tantrums and Prajakta's behavior according to her was 'unprofessional'. (PC - Instagram)

Popular Marathi actor Kiran Mane, who is a well-known Marathi actor, recently left the TV show Mulgi Zali Ho. The actor was playing the role of Vilas Patil on-screen and his character was widely popular and acclaimed. Kiran said in an interview with ETimes that he was shocked when the makers asked him to leave just for a social media post. Kiran left the show as per the orders but filed the case against the makers of the show.

Actress Sharmishtha Raut left the show He Mann Baware citing the payment issues with the director. Sharmishtha said that she did not get the compensation on time and said that despite getting tremendous support from the channel, some producers do not pay for the work. Sharmishtha said in an interview with ETimes TV, "After working hard for a character, we expect to get the compensation at the right time, and that's how it should be. But not getting the payment on time is not right. We consider our project as our baby and the production house as our home by adjusting the household activities, situation, family, and mismanagement. All the technicians and artists are working uninterruptedly. Is it fair for artists and technicians to not get money from the producer even after the payment comes?" (PC - Instagram)

Popular Marathi actress Apurva Nemlekar bid adieu to the show Ratris Khel Chale suddenly. The actress shocked her fans and viewers by announcing her decision on social media. Apurva revealed in her post that the channel did not give her payment cheques and the shows they promised her earlier. Apurva also accused a few artists of the show of mocking her on the set. Apurva had said, "had gained 10 kg for the role of Shevanta. I used to face some negative comments after gaining weight. But now, while working on the set, some newcomers and some senior artists have mocked me for no reason. Apparently, I was mocked. Some of their comments were deliberately repeated in such a way that I felt so bad. Even after the seniors took action, the concerned newcomers did not even express a simple apology" (PC - Instagram)
