Reshma made her acting debut with the movie Vazhi Vidu Kanne Vazhi Vidu. Later, she entered the small screen with the TV show Neeli. She is known for her performances in the shows Avalum Naanum (as Swetha) and Vandhal Sridevi (as Bhairavi).
