Bigg Boss 6 Tamil: Rachitha Mahalakshmi, all you need to know about the actress

Tamil TV and film actress Rachitha Mahalakshmi, made her television debut with Kannada serial Megha Mandara, and became a household name post her appearance in Tamil show Saravanan Meenakshi.
Born on April 24, 1986, she did her schooling and college in Bangalore, Karnataka. Rachitha Mahalakshmi married Dinesh Gopalasamy on 7 November 2013 and is now settled in Chennai.
She made her TV debut with Kannada show Megha Mandara and appeared in Kannada serials including Bande Baratava Kala, Subrabatha, and Saviganasu.
Later she was seen in Tamil show Pirivom Santhipom serial and then made her Telugu debut with Maa Naa serial

In 2013, she played the lead role in the hit show Saravanan Meenakshi Season 2 as Meenakshi and became popular and it was the biggest breakthrough of her career also.


She played the lead role in Saravanan Meenatchi Season 3, and Naam Iruvar Namakku Iruvar Season 2 which was also a huge hit.

Rachitha recently hinted that her marriage with actor Dinesh Gopalswamy was in trouble. A report claimed that she indirectly confirmed in an interview that she was living alone for over a year now.
