Unaware of Malar's trap for her, Sneha rushes to switch off the fan and gets electrocuted.

get shocked to see Sneha lying unconscious on the floor.
Azhagar admits Sneha in the hospital. While others are tensed about Sneha’s condition, Malar, Maasi and Tamizh rejoice that their plan worked. They also make negative comments over Sneha's recovery.
Malar ridicules Niveditha who cries for Sneha. By the time Niveditha can reach Arjun, he reaches the house. He bursts into tears looking at Sneha.
Miraculously, Sneha survives the shock and regains consciousness. Malar, Maasi and Tamizh get worried about the same. As a precautionary measure, Azhagar asks Andal to check Sneha’s health condition. Andal confirms that Sneha is out of danger.
Andal and Azhagar ask Arjun to take care of Sneha. Arjun asks Sneha to explain about the incident. Arjun suspects that it could have been someone's trap.
