Abijeet Duddala mourns the passing of his pet: Not everything that happens in my life makes it to social media

had turned a year older, the actor,

took to

social media

to celebrate the occasion.

Unfortunately, a month after its birthday, Rowdy passed away, much to the actor’s distress. Sharing that his pup had actually passed away last month and why he refused to open up about it till now, Abijeet wrote, “Rowdy. After 14 years of filling my family and me with all the love in the world, my Puppa breathed his last on the 23rd of last month, July 2021. (sic)”

He added, I'm not sure I wanted to share this earlier. I'm not sure I want to share it right now either. It is an extremely personal feeling of loss, and grief. It's not something I want to leave out there for everyone. Maybe I want to keep his memory pure, by keeping it to myself. But I'm a little more ready now than I was 10 days ago. (sic)”

However, Abijeet had a takeaway in it all – that people on social media wouldn’t always know what someone is going through. “Not everything that happens in my life, makes it to Social Media, least of all my personal matters, (sic)” he wrote, adding that we must all learn to be kind to each other, “I want to take this opportunity to remind you all, to be respectful to one another, and to be mindful of the fact that your point of view, actually has very little bearing on someone else's reality. You cannot live another's life for them, but what you can do, is focus on your own. (sic)”

He round up the emotional note by giving his two cents about what success means to him and how his definition of strength is different from others. He wrote, “Contrary to what you may believe, success is not a measure of fame, money or standing in society. Success is fulfillment of what makes one happy. I do have a life. A real one, not an edit. And plan to live it my way. Silence, is not weakness. It's a pity, some forget. (sic)”

Bigg Boss 4
