On the career front, Bigg Boss Telugu season 3 brought back Varun into action. He was known as the Mr. Cool of the season. While Varun and Vithika were the first celebrity couple of the season, he went on to become one of the five finalists of the season.
Varun is currently gearing up to make his comeback into Telugu cinema after many years. He has recently launched the first look film as well. Varun and Vithika recently appeared in the game show Big Celebrity Challenge hosted by Ravi and Suma Kanakala.
