Pooja Murthy, a serial actress originally slated to enter the Bigg Boss house but couldn't due to her father's sudden passing, entered as a wild card contestant in Bigg Boss 2.0. Her journey was relatively short, lasting just two weeks.

Several factors contributed to her elimination, including her association with the 'serial batch' and her participation in unnecessary conflicts with Ashwini. Additionally, she failed to significantly impact the house's tasks and games. Pooja completely failed to grab opportunities to showcase her performance in the house. Her equation with Tasty Teja also failed to work well. It is in fact Teja, whose nomination resulted in Pooja coming out of the house.

Pooja Murthy's equation with Ashwini also resulted in her eviction. Between Pooja Murthy and Bhole Shavali in the end, Nagarjuna announced that Pooja Murthy gets eliminated.

One interesting aspect is Pooja Murthy's remuneration, which appears decent compared to other contestants on the show. She reportedly received a payment of just Rs. 4 lakhs for her two-week stint, amounting to an average of Rs. 2 lakh per week. Sivaji is the only contestant who is getting a huge amount as remuneration, while Yavar reportedly charges only 1 lakh rupees per week, according to the reports.

Pooja Murthy shot to fame with the Telugu TV serials, and her character 'Gundamma' is very popular.
