From Bindu Madhavi to Varun Sandesh: Celebs who chose Bigg Boss Telugu for a strong comeback

Bigg Boss Telugu has given a breakthrough for a few celebs besides introducing some newbies to the telly audiences. While some argue Bigg Boss might affect a celebrity's public image, there were many instances including that of Bindu Madhavi recently where Bigg Boss has helped a few celebrities come back into action earning the love of the viewers back.

This first female winner of Bigg Boss Non-Stop is the latest sensation and newest muse of Telugu film industry. After playing a lead in the Telugu movies Avakai Biryani (2008) and Bumper Offer (2009), Bindu has been missing in action for a while in Telugu entertainment business until she announced her presence with Bigg Boss Non-Stop now. The OTT edition of the reality TV series has fetched her a huge following amongst young audiences on social media.

She has featured in some popular movies like Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (SVSC) and played supporting roles in many films. But she is yet to get her due and Bigg Boss Telugu season 2 reminded fans of her existence in the industry. She was extensively trolled during the season but she was in the limelight.

So, Sreerama Chandra chose Bigg Boss Telugu season 5 as a platform for his comeback. He claimed that he wanted to get closer to the Telugu audience through the reality show. Sreerama Chandra emerged as a finalist and he is currently hosting the debut season of Telugu Indian Idol for a popular Telugu OTT platform.
