The latest TRP report is out and there is a notable development.
Popular daily soap 'Malli' has crawled up the TRP chart and zoomed into the list of top 5 TV shows this week. The show which has been one of the most watched daily soaps has improved its viewership, outshining shows like Trinayani as well. The Pawon Sae, Deepa Jagadeesh, and Lasya starrer is now listed at fifth spot on the TRP chart while Ashika Padukone and Chandu Gowda starrer Trinayani has witnessed a betterment in its ratings yet it is pushed down to the sixth spot.
Meanwhile, 'Krishna Mukunda Murari' continues to maintain its fourth spot. 'Intinti Gruhalakshmi' which has been witnessing many changes lately has also secured its third position on the TRP chart. The show will soon welcome a new character named 'Divya' back very soon. Kannada actress Inchara Shetty will be seen as 'Divya' in the show. On the other hand, the recently launched show 'Brahmamudi' featuring Maanas, Hamida, Deepika and others in key roles also continues to charm the telly audiences. It is the second most watched Telugu daily soap now while Guppedantha Manasu has topped the TRP chart yet again. The soap starring Mukesh, Raksha, Sai Kiran Ram, Jyothi Rai, 'Mirchi' Madhavi and others in pivotal roles has been showcasing some intense drama around lead characters Rishi and Vasudhara. Latest reports confirm that Madhavi aka Devayani has quit the show recently. It remains to be seen if her exit would affect the show's ratings in the future.
Talking about the non-fiction space, weekend shows Suma Adda and BB Jodi have more or less sustained their ratings while Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Telugu Championship has witnessed a miniscule dip. Popular shows Jabardasth and Extra Jabardasth have also maintained their TVRs without any significant growth.
Notably, Ravi and Rashmi hosted Valentine's Day special show Love Today Reel vs Real which scored better than the other show O Rendu Prema Meghalu hosted by Pradeep Machiraju.
