New Telugu movie 'Pelli SandaD' set for World Television Premiere on July 17

Several recent Telugu movie releases are now set to entertain on the small screen and OTT.While the telly audiences enjoyed the premiere of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer 'Radhe Shyam' recently, yet another recent release is lined up for premiere soon.As per the latest reports, 'Pelli SandaD' featuring Roshan and Sree Leela in the lead roles will premiere on July 17.Bankrolled by the makers of Baahubali and directed by Gowri Ronanki, the romance drama also marks the acting debut of popular filmmaker and TV producer K Raghavendra Rao.The film has an ensemble cast including Rajendra Prasad, Prakash Raj, Vennela Kishore, Tanikella Bharani, Posani Krishna Murali, and Raghu Babu. The story is all about the life of Vashishta (Raghavendra Rao), a champion basketball player and Dronacharya awardee. Vashishta's younger self (Roshan), does not believe in destiny but only will power. He believes in love marriages and meets Sahasra (Sree Leela) at a wedding. She believes that destiny is everything. How these two contrasting personalities face all the odds to win in love and life forms the crux of the story.While the fresh casting of Roshan and Sree Leela has managed to grab attention, MM Keeravani’s music was a runaway hit. Roshan and Sree Leela have scored brownie points with their dancing prowess in a few songs as well.Pelli SandaD is slated for premiere on Sunday (July 17) at 6 PM. Roshan is a familiar face to the audience while Sree Leela made a successful debut with the film. It remains to be seen how the film will score on the TRP charts.
