Budget is silent on direct offshore listing of Indian start-ups, says Ankur Pahwa

Ankur Pahwa of EY India said that given the performance of the Indian start-ups, the government should have done more for the enablement of direct offshore listing of Indian companies. He said that budget is silent on this front.
