Karnataka: bus collides with truck in Hubli, 7 dead and 28 injured

At least 7 people died and 28 others were injured after a bus collided with a lorry on Hubli-Dharwad bypass around 1 am on May 24. The drivers of both the vehicles died on the spot. The collision occurred when the passenger bus was overtaking a tractor. The bus was heading towards Kohlapur from Bengaluru and the truck towards Dharwad. The injured were rushed to KIMS hospital for treatment in Hubli.
