Karnataka: 7 held for trying to bury 11-year-old boy alive to get fortunes

On the advice of an astrologer, seven people tried to bury a 11-year-old boy alive to get fortunes in Nanjungud, Karnataka. The boy kidnapped from Kerala and brought him to a farm on Nerale-Hemmaragala Main Road in Nanjungud taluk for human sacrifice. The police rushed to the spot and arrested all seven after being alerted by a neighbour.
