the horrific video of beating in the market had gone viral. According to the report a young man who had come to the market to buy was beaten up by the accused Sheikh Abbas in Sadar Bazar of Bilaspur, on the matter of the car being scratched, the accused had thrashed the young man with an iron rod. Deep marks of injury had emerged on the body of the applicant youngster apart from this, the woman who came to the market with the youngster was misbehaved by all the accused, after which the matter reached the Kotwali police station, the police immediately registered an FIR against the accused. After which the accused was being continuously searched and today the police arrested the accused and took out a procession from Kotwali police station to the district court premises.
