Patient gets treatment from cleaner at govt hospital in TN’s Krishnagiri

An appalling incident of medical negligence was reported in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu. In blatant disregard of all medical laws and practices, a patient was treated by the cleaning staff due to absence of doctors and nurses in the state-run hospital even after the ailing person had waited for a long time. The patient alleged that he had to wait for more than one hour even when he was profusely bleeding. After bearing the pain for one hour, finally, a janitor came to clean and dress his wounds.
