Delhi’s AQI stood in the ‘Poor’ category on October 28. The overall Air Quality Index in Delhi was recorded at 286. For the last few days, Delhi’s AQI remained in ‘Very Poor’ category. The locals blamed stubble burning for air pollution in the national capital. “The government does not look at it. There is no control over stubble burning in Punjab. We are facing breathing issues. The government should take strict actions to curb this menace,” said a local.
