Delhi: Cops lodge FIR under Epidemic Act after 5 defy home-quarantine orders in Dwarka

Delhi police lodged FIRs against people who were found violating their home quarantines. They have been booked under the Epidemic Act. 5 residents of a society in Dwarka left their home despite clear instructions to follow home-isolation.
